APPLICATION
Apply the Legole Anti Ingrown Hair Conditioner to your Ingrown Hair problem AFTER showering, TWICE daily until the problem vanishes. Squeeze about a 20c piece size amount of the product into the cupped palm of your hand. Now close your palm to disperse the liquid in the palm. Next VIGOUROUSLY rub the product into the ingrown hair problem until the product is dry on the skin. DO NOT use any creams or moisturizers on the skin after application. The skin needs to be absolutely dry to achieve the desired results. Do not pick or scratch the problem during the healing process. Reapply the product whenever itching occurrs. You will be AMAZED at the RESULTS achieved IN DAYS!! Repeat the process TWICE daily until the problem vanishes. After the problem has vanished apply three times a week to prevent the return of the Ingrown Hair problem. If the Ingrown Hair is very old and the skin covering the follicle is very thick, then a medical doctor may need to make a + incision into the Ingrown Hair to allow the Legole product to penetrate and remove the problem. To REMOVE YOUR CURRENT Ingrown Hair problems:
- First apply the Legole Anti Ingrown Hair Conditioner to the CURRENT Ingrown Hair/Shaving Rash problem vigourously with the hand TWICE DAILY after showering until problem vanishes. This usually takes 3 to 7 days depending on the severity of your problem. Rub product in WELL with the palm of your hand until liquid evaporates. Leave on until next shower.
- To keep the problem away, use The Legole Anti Ingrown Hair Conditioner BEFORE and AFTER every hair removal session (shaving, waxing, depilation machines or hair removal creams) AND whenever itching occurs!!
- Only remove hair from the face or body hair when your Ingrown Hair problem has vanished. Trying to remove hair while you have the ingrown hair problem will make it worse.

To PREVENT your Ingrown Hair & Shaving Rash problem from RETURNING after hair removal:
- Apply the Legole Anti Ingrown Hair Conditioner to the hair removal area, rub in vigorously with your hand and wait 3 minutes.
- Now generously apply the Legole Hair Removal Cream, Shaving Gel or Wax to the area and remove hair preferably in the direction of hair growth.
- For best results when using the Legole Hair Removal Cream DO THE PULL TEST:
- Test the strength of the hair by pulling at it EVERY 30 seconds after applying the Legole Hair Removal Cream.
- When the hair easily comes away from the skin wash cream away well IMMEDIATELY, with warm water only, then pat the area dry. Do not leave the Legole Hair Removal Cream on the skin for longer than 15 MINUTES
- Now reapply the Legole Anti Ingrown Hair Conditioner on to the skin and rub in until the liquid evaporates , to PREVENT the development of the Ingrown Hair / Shaving Rash problem and Skin Burn.
FOR BEST RESULTS:
These two products Legole Anti Ingrown Hair Conditioner and Legole Hair Removal Cream should be used TOGETHER for best results. When removing body hair with the Legole Hair Removal Cream you need to know exactly what your hair removal time frame is. If you leave the cream on the skin too long the skins pH will be upset and burning will occur. If the cream is removed too quickly it will not remove the hair properly. Follow this hair removal method and you can't go wrong.
After applying the HR cream to the area. PULL at the hair to be removed, EVERY 30 SECONDS. When the hair EASILY comes away from the skin, wash the cream and unwanted hair away thoroughly. Time for hair removal will vary depending on the individuals hair strength. Time yourself when removing hair to access your exact hair removal time frame.
Because all hair removal creams work by melting the hair away they should NEVER be left on the skin longer than is absolutely necessary. Do not leave Legole Hair Removal Cream on the skin for longer than 15 MINUTES. Hair removal creams should NOT to be used on the face. How does the INGROWN HAIR PROBLEM develop?
Ingrown Hair or Shaving Rash occurs immediately after the face and body hair is removed by either waxing, shaving, hair removal creams or depilation machines. In women the problem develops on the bikini line, under arm and legs, while men experience the problem on the face, beard, jockline back, chest and other body areas.
When the hair is removed using either by shaving, waxing, hair removal creams or depilation / electric machines, it is almost always removed against the grain (in the opposite direction to hair growth) in search of that smooth hairless finish.
This is one of the major causes of the problem. When removing face or body hair try to remove the hair with the grain ie. in the direction of hair growth.
After the hair is removed, the sharp end of the hair agitates the mouth and walls of the hair follicle causing that constant area itch that drives you mad.
Scratching, breaks the skin and introduces bacteria into the area, causing the skin to erupt. The skin then trys to repair itself, resulting in the skin then growing over the mouth of the follicle. This skin then traps the hair inside the follicle where it continues to grow resulting in "the bump" or ingrown hairs.
